Accessorizing with Vera Bradley Bags

 

Several years ago I received a Vera Bradley bag as a present from a student’s family for being his teacher that year.  I was quite happy with the nicely made tote and realized at once the versatility of the gift.  The pink and mint green quilted bag is medium sized and has one zippered compartment and three divided sections inside the bag for storing your cell phone and other personal items.

A feature you see immediately when you open up the bag is the contrasting lime green material inside the tote and a large snap at the top for added security.  Another zippered section is located on the outside of the tote; a nice safe place for keys.  The straps are a nice length which allows you to wear it over your shoulder and the tote falls at your waistline.  This bag is very well made and includes some very nice touches that complete the look and usefulness.

Not only does the style and size of the tote allow you to use it as a purse, it is also perfect for traveling.  I, myself, have used mine many times as I’ve traveled on vacation or for a day trip to the beach.  While I have only used mine a few times as a purse (my wardrobe colors differ greatly from the pink and lime), there are many current Vera Bradley bags that would work great and compliment many of my outfits.   The Vera Bradley line also includes many color combinations, sizes, as well as other products such as clutches, scarves, I-pad covers, backpacks and other fun, colorful accessories
