Scarves are the most important current fashion accessory as far as I’m concerned. Scarves can totally change the look of an outfit and can take an outfit from blah to great. For example, if my scarf is bright yellow, black and white, I can pair it with black pants, white blouse, black shoes, bright yellow handbag, and coordinating jewelry.
